SHE Concert!
SATURDAY evening...
was spent at SHE concert for their Play album at Max Pavilion...WW got the vip tickets for us so I just tagged along. Went with her ex-colleague, her 1 poly friend, 1 uni friend and her neighbour cum close friend, MY. She happened to be my tuition mate in pri sch..we went to the same tutor in Yishun & were pretty close (if I didn't rem wrongly) but later lost touch when our tutor shifted away & we stopped tuition. Mobile phone wasn't as common then so we did not have each other's number. Turns out tt she's WW's neighbour..the world is so small. Plus also we realised tt my ex-colleague JN turns out to be her current colleague! Amazing..so many coincidences in 1 single day..(I happened to run into my singtel colleague also while queuing to enter the hall, she was just behind me in queue)The concert was VERY nice. Been a long time since I enjoy a concert. Hmm strictly speaking it's not really a concert since the tickets were given for free but had to queue for it. I was lucky, all thanks to WW. She managed to get us VIP tickets through her contacts. No need queue for the tickets, no need to sit at the back. *grinz*
SUNDAY...
a super slack day. Slept till afternoon 12+, lazed in bed, did some readings, got my ass off bed only cox I'm meeting Evon for lunch cum movie cum dinner at Woodlands. Ended up skipping lunch cox I was late. Caught ALONE. Quite ok..with some frightening scenes now n then, credits to the sound effects, but did not turn out to be as nice as SHUTTER. (same director)
Had dinner at Lerk Thai. Reason mainly cox tt restaurant's under Select and since Evon is working there, she enjoys 20% off. I was pretty impressed with their food yesterday (had dinner at Lerk Thai also at Expo before the concert) so I din really mind giving their Bistro a try. Did some shopping to digest the dinner before heading home. Now I'm all set for an early lights off. *smilez* one more week.. I will put up with the workload for 1 more week..counting down...
