lunches..dinners..marketing..what's new!??!?!
*yawnz* so tired..slept at 7AM!!! this morning..met up with cc & cyk last night for shopping, dinner and a chit-chat session. Stayed and chatted at the HongKong Cafe (Cineleisure) till 6am cox we didn't want to incur the 50% midnight cab fare. Then hor, think basically just SUAY loh..cox only asleep for 4 hrs then kena woken by a string of sms from bankers. Sometimes I dun even get one on sat morning but today got more than 10 loh, all within an hr. Somemore all on off come in..just when thought can go back sleep then the sms come in again, till I super sianz so just 干脆 wake up and watch my HongKong drama serials. And amazingly once I decided to wake up, the sms stopped coming in. GREAT!
Has been a "busy" week so far..went for lunch with my bankers on Thursday at Waraku (Marina Square). Also went marketing at a nearby bank after that. So damn tiring to 卖笑 though basically I just sat there and chatted throughout the lunch. Friday was a boring day at work. Mae and nic were on leave, so left only me, jg and kc. JG still dare go out for lunch appt!!! Luckily the phone was pretty much quiet... but so was the office.
Oh yeah, one happy thing..thursday when went marketing, LT (a banker whom I've known for a yr++ liao) commented that I'm so much fairer now..yesh! finally...muahah thou I wasn't exactly dark to start with (except when young), but my skin tone has relatively darkened when I took up landed inspections. Now that I'm sitting in office, I regained my fairness!!! yeah...but soanne said my fairness is those of illuminous type..like those moonlight fairness..meaning like those night-life people who don't go out during the daytime..tt kinda fair.. *shrugs* I'm ok with any type of fairness..as long as I'm FAIR!!! hoho..
Caught 2 great movies this week. Went for The Golden Compass on sunday with angie and soannne, and caught The Warlords on Thursday with anna, ch, ws & ws's friend. Both are nice shows, though I prefer the former. Upcoming I wana watch I am Legend & National Treasure - Book of Secrets. Actually badly wanted to watch Enchanted but most of my friends have already caught it so think I just have to wait till the show is out on vcd.
