putting my resolution into action
Started my resolution to lose 10kg today..kicked off with bread and coffee for breakfast (I can't last till lunch wo having a full breakie muaha), fruits for lunch and a dinner of veg..nope I'm not gonna go back to those days of surviving on juices though I admit the result is fast and beneficial for the body - detoxification..Tmr I'm gonna try instant cereals for breakfast, porridge for lunch and fruits for dinner. Shall plan what to eat every day so that I will not pinge on undesired food..muahah nic is getting sick of me telling her "a pui a leh" (will fat leh) every single time she snack on something fattening.
