Favourite para of the week:However, the country is also the butt of jokes, especially French jokes. A favourite was circulating among French colleagues at Arcelor headquarters about how Luxembourgers see their place in the world:"The Luxembourg cabinet is in session and is very bored because nothing exciting has happened for ages. One member says, "Let's start a war." The cabinet gets very excited, studies an atlas and settles on China. They write a letter to Beijing, saying "You are a bunch of idiots, we are declaring war on you." China responds, "We accept your declaration but don't you realise the disparity in the sizes of our two countries?" The Luxembourg cabinet goes back to the atlas and then after great debate responds,"We rescind our declaration of war because we do not have enough cells in our jails for all the prisoners we are going to take." - adapted from Cold Steel.Such proudness and confidence! --p/s: why China??
