Blading II + Angie's BD Dinner
MoRnIng: Roller-blading Lesson 2
Learnt how to glide along, widening our steps as we go along; blade-11-scissors-brake. Blade 3-4 steps, put legs together like a number 11 (paralle to shoulder width), glide along, put one leg fwd like scissors, then brake. The braking part is rather difficult..the instructor commented might be difficult for those of us wearing the school blades since they're pretty worn out. Contemplating buying my own protective guards cox the school's ones r pretty worn out and unhygenic and I keep developing rashes after every lesson..
Today's a fruitful lesson thou. Learnt tt I din bend low enuff to stabilise myself, my knees nt bent enough..which is why I cant go fast ...
Going for lesson 3 tmr morning. Learning A-frame turning..hopefully can manage..haven really master the brake..

Had dinner at The Marmalade Pantry @@ Holland V. Food's pretty good..good place to sit ard for a long dinner and a chat since the place is not crowded. Overall a 3.5 out of 5.
