Taiwan: Day 5 - Back to SG
Checked out at 9am and reached Taoyuan Airport way before check-in time is due...so had bf @ airport and roamed till check-in..Reached SG @ 7.30pm - delay in flight due to rerouting - cyclical typhoons in Indonesia...Post Trip Thoughts:1) Love the weather there lots..air-con temperature. Walked the whole day wo feeling hot and sticky, nv perspire at all...DG loves it there as well.2) People there r so friendly and helpful. Social responsible - they wear masks when they r nt feeling well and they take pride in keeping their public toilets clean.3) Things there r not cheap at all...clothes, accessories, facial products, etc. But we still bought lots of stuff - magic of being in holiday mood..haha..4) Enjoyed F&E more than my last guided tour..had time to walk ard as much as we like at our own pace..own time own target...also had chance and time to explore many more places. Also enjoyed the plannings before the trip..thou DG did nt help much!! but in the end he was the one who took me ard..im a direction idiot..*grinz*5) Cox walked ard alot, so even thou we ate alot, din really put on weight at all. In fact when I went back office, nic they all commented I slimmed down..haha...have a habit of losing weight on holi trips..6) saw and felt how much DG dote on me - details I shall nt give..haha dun wan to send chills to ur bones..but thou we have our tiffs and disagreements, this trip has bonded us closer.. *smilez*
