Finally tmr's New Yr Eve~~ yippies...."horrible" LONG week...can't bear to think tt starting next week is a brand new 2010 and there will be no more holi(s) till the chinese new yr..and I have to tahan 3weeks wo DG!! *faintz* k lah absence makes the heart fonder (hopefully, muahah)This week had been a relatively slack week..most bankers/agents/owners not in sg or on leave, and so tt leaves us with little phone calls/sms..had a lot of time on hand..took the chance to explore this website tt kc intro-ed us to..tt actually allows us to view external views of the landed ppties in sg...almost every single house there is out there ok~ just key in the add and tadah u have the house in front of u..then soanne very funnie..she went searched for her hse and she happily msn-ed me "i see my dog lying at the door of my house!".. pretty useful a website for us since most of the agents/owners r not aware of the age of their house and so with this external view, at least we get a feel of how the house is like and based on experience, deduce a reasonable age for the house and derive the value of it. Ok, enuff abt work...dunno wat I'm gonna do for new year..definitely no counting-downs..maybe just gonna make use of the chance to really rest well..both physically and mentally, before 2010 kicks in..dun wana start the yr with a lethargic mind and body..maybe shall go blading..haven been blading for ages..Just celebrated mum's bd..yap she's a yr-end baby..so she "ages" slower than most people of her age haha..my dad on the other hand is a beginning-of-the-yr baby...jan 25th..so tt makes it 26 days later I've gotta buy another cake..bought mum's from awfully chocolate..rum and cherry...soooo yummy...hmm k shall buy dad's from rive gauche...guanaja.. (is the cake shop at taka basement...guanaja is their award-winning choc cake)... *salivating*
