On the same day I had lunch @ Jumbo, I had dinner @ Canton - I.. see how difficult it is for me to stay slim haiz..really must control food quantity w this kinda quality meals..haha
Anyway..thumbs up for this restaurant!!!! After i had dinner w soanne (she recommended me to this restaurant), i recommended it to cyk and we all love it!
Have not had the chance to try many of their dishes (only been there twice), but I do intend to frequent there and try out other dishes..
Those tt I tried and i think worth recommending:
lychee wood roasted duck - skin is crispy and meat is delicious, tender~ love this dish most of all
wanton soup - theirs tastes just like those i had in HK! the whole thing's made up of prawns..and their soup tastes equally well..yummy~
XO sauce carrot cake..their chef's recommended dish..another of my ultimate fav..succulent prawns w diced carrot cakes, bits of 腊肠 to make the taste and crunchy bean sprouts to ease the oilyness..yums yums~ Labels: Food
