五福城 - Korean Family Restaurant

Sat = M'sia..

Stopped at City Sq where we had our lunch at Mary Brown, mooncakes-hunting at the 1st level where all the vendors congregate. Finally decided on non-snowy skin but w a twist in flavours - taro w pomelo, hongkong milk tea, tiramisu, peppermint chocolate, chocolate butterscotch, etc. Not bad at all..have heard rumours tt e ingredients for mooncakes r actually "dirty" but to those who r concerned, my advice: rubbish eat rubbish big (hokkien saying). Just pretend dunno anything and savour the unique taste of the mooncakes.

Next stop, Holiday Plaza. We gals did manicure while the guys went shopped for their customized car mats.

Proceeded to Sutera Mall ard 4+pm. Decided on a Korean feast for dinner, a restaurant tt hw and jessie tried the last time they went in.

10 side dishes..all replenishable..quite authentic korean dishes

ordered a set meal for 4 @ RM120, includes prawns, squid, pork, pork belly, chicken, mushrooms, eels, "abalone" slices

also comes w a 拌饭 (stone mixed rice??)

and of cox, the kimchi soup which completes the true blue korean feast..filled w lots of tanghoon, beef slices, toufu and kimchi~ bagus!

additionally, gyoza~ like all their dishes, this gyoza is filled to the brim w meat & veg..coupled w the sauce = perfect!

and seafood pancake.. and special praises to this..crispy and not doughy at all..w plenty of seafood inside..thumbs up!

we did not had to do the grilling ourselves..the staff will do everything for you..all we had to do was to pick the meat up and put it into our mouths! and the way they organized the meat is so tidy and professional!

were given lettuce to wrap the meat w..helps to ease the "sick" feeling of eating too much meat..

This is so good!! Talking abt it now makes me hungry!!! *growl* ok I better logoff and stop looking at the pics. Goodnight!
